Parent & Child
Infants and toddlers, with a parent, build water comfort and swim readiness through fun, confidence-building activities while parents learn essential water safety and supervision skills.
Preschool
Preschool swimmers learn personal water safety and basic swim skills like "swim, float, swim" and "jump, push, turn, grab" to build confidence and competence in the water.
School Age
School-age swimmers build water safety and swim skills by mastering key techniques like “swim, float, swim” and “jump, push, turn, grab” to gain confidence and competency in the pool.
Teen & Adult
Teen and adult swimmers, from beginners to advanced, build water safety and stroke skills at their own pace while promoting lifelong fitness and overall well-being.
