New Fitness Class
These classes will help: Sharpen your focus, Boost your stamina, Perform day to day activities more effectively, reduce your risk of injury, Control your weight, Develop strong bones and Relieve stress. Each class will begin with a warm-up and stretching. The cardio movements will be basic but effective; using repetitive movements, kickboxing and calisthenics. Full body weight training will be incorporated. The class will end with core (abs and back) work, cool down and stretching.read more...
